Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Bachelor of Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration and others), MBA Preferred
Advanced knowledge of English language (second language is preferred; French, German, Spanish etc.),
Military service completed for male candidates,
Minimum B level of Driving License (long trip history is preferred)
Having no restrictions to travel,
Minimum 5 years worked on same or similar positions,
Advanced knowledge of marketing strategies and business development,
Knowledge of Export & Import operations
Good team player and leadership skills are expected,
ISO and IATF certification knowledge and trainings will be extra,
Advanced CRM knowledge expected, high level of portfolio managing history will be extra,
Automotive sector experience (especially in OE business preferred) and open-minded personality,
Talent of adaptation to changes and new horizons are expected,
Advanced skills of using computer and programs (IFS ERP system knowledge will be extra, minimum Office programs using),
Outward-looking character and presentable personality is expected,

Responsibilities:
- Working dependent by Sales Coordinator and/or Upper Management
- Performing general KPI (Key performance Indicators) Improvement studies
- Monthly period and periodical reporting and report collection from teammates
- Performing analysis for sales on time and supplying the team
- Performing CRM activities and managing performance of the team
- Measuring teammates performances and polyvalence
- Designing, requesting of polyvalence improvement trainings (educational)
- Budget studies to supply both finance and planning departments
- Managing relations of the branch with other departments
- Managing and collecting strategical decisions and targets
- Performing the targets reaching routes and map of business
- Performing and managing to necessary QMS and IATF responsibilities
- Performing and managing customer visits and regular routes
- Managing route budgets
- Managing claim handling responsibilities by Business Flow
- Managing customer sales targets adapted budget and identifying new targets for sales
- Managing customer offers and grants periodical by budgeting
- Attending local and international trade shows, exhibitions and meetings to represent the company
- Managing award/punishment
- Managing of Ethical Behaviors and Business Ethics
- Benchmarking and price studies
