JOB PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION:
To sell industrial kitchen, laundry and beverage equipment project to final customer and follow the budget of year.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:
1. To sell industrial kitchen and laundry equipment project especially to key account customers and dealers
2. To visit key account customers and dealers regularly
3. To prepare his/her department’s sales budget of year and to make an effort for achieve the sales budget
4. To take care payments correspondance with Electrolux Professional general credit policy and to control payment terms and total prices
5. To prepare industrial kitchen and laundry project with Electrolux Professional project team and to prepare price offer and present to key account customer and dealers
6. Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships to important clients
7. Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities
8. Attendance of meetings with the key accounts and presentation of current offers
9. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
10. Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce
11. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
12. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
1. Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
2. Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
3. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
4. Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
5. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
6. Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
7. Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
8. Communicating and collaborating with the customer care, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
9. Visiting potential customers and dealers for new business and developing and maintaining relationships
10. Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales

11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
12. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
13. Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
14. Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education
15. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education level: Universtiy degree in business or Mechanical, Industrial Engineer
Experience: Min. 5 Year, sectoral experience preferred
Foreign Language: Good level of written and spoken English
Computer program: MS Office, Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
Certificate: Driver’s licence (B)
