We are looking for "Key Account Executive" for our box plant located in Gebze/Kocaeli

You have:

  • University degree with related bachelors,
  • Minumum 3 years of experience in Key Account Executive,
  • Good Planning and Organizational skills and team player,
  • Strong communication skills and customer oriented,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office,
  • B Class Driving License,

You will be responsible for:

  • The Key Account Executive closely working with the customer support and resource management departments in an effort to meet account performance objectives as well as the key accounts’ expectations through complimentary cross-functional efforts. The Key Account Executive liaises with Key Account Lead in the creation and determination of departmental strategies, financial requirements, and account management standards.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • The Key Account Executive is also responsible for the generation of business in the assigned accounts as well as the attainment of new accounts for the business. The Key Account Executive assists in the identification and evaluation of business opportunities by keeping an eye out for business best practices, trends, and principals that will enable the key account department to keep consumers satisfied and loyal to the business.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • The Key Account Executive a plays an analytical role where he prepares detailed proposals/quotes depending on each consumer’s requirements. The Key Account Executive also reviews target achievement and creates reports for Key Account Lead, which facilitate the creation of informed account management decision-making and strategy formulation. In this position he also prepares pricing documentation for the business’s products/services and secures appropriate approval from National Key Account Manager’s prior to sending commercial proposals to key accounts.
