QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Identification

  • Planning and implementing promotions, activities and tailor made programs specific to customers,
  • Controlling and following up the execution standards through market visits, understanding customer needs & priorities and take actions accordingly,
  • Planning annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives of the company,
  • Applying new implementations in line with new trends and shopper behavior. Enhancing and differentiating customer’s product portfolio through trial of proper products,
  • Prompting related functions to meet the needs of customer and consumer in terms of new product and packaging launches and pursuing the process to be completed.
  • Planning recommendations and activities based on BW, B2B, Nielsen, HTP data to reach channel KPIs
  • Providing coordination between customer plans and regions
  • Contributing to process improvement projects.

Mission Statement

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking & writing)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience at FMCG sector
  • No travel restriction
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
  • Willing to locate in İstanbul
