QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering departments
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience especially for key account customers
  • Minimum 2 years sector experience
  • Demonstrate success negotiating complex contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new global and local business and meeting Sales targets according to the KPI’s set.
  • Establishing close relationships with key customers ensuring that all potential business opportunities are explored.
  • Managing the quotation process including pricing levels.
  • Following global opportunities and project management
  • Introducing Webhelp and its services to existing and potential customers
  • Leading the project initiation process in the Webhelp Turkey region of global opportunities
  • Performing Customer visits in line with the sales strategy
  • Coordinating proactive meeting organization and ensuring the participation of internal customers / 3rd parties in these meetings
  • Sharing the necessary service analysis with the operation team and project management team.
  • Conducting research on competitive analysis
