QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree from a reputable university preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering,
  • Good command of English (there will be a test on the interview),
  • Following innovations of the Travel World,
  • Open to work with multinational companies,
  • Analytical thinking (quick problem solving) ,
  • Managing online technological projects,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Sales background is a plus,
  • Multiple job execution skills should be enhanced,
  • Catching up the speed (intense work, which can lead to a tight schedule),
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel),
  • For male candidates, military service should be served.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Key Account Management for global clients with following up metrics,
  • Measuring satisfaction level of corporate passengers,
  • Making reports of the task, job to global companies,
  • Developing strategies /plans to adapt the company to the new/recent changes in the Travel World,
  • Managing internal and external relationships (Turk Ekspres, Global companies, customers),
  • Making sure that the data’s and reports are suit to the customer standards,
  • Being in charge of the continuous improvement activities.
