What's the role?

In this role, we expect to find the right people who is:

  • Sales driven individual with an ability to convert specifications into sales,
  • Able to create new opportunities on the jobsite with customers (Owners, designers, contractors and subcontractors) and maximize Hilti’s share of wallet/potential,
  • Able to make bid proposals/contractual agreements and close 6 digit deals.

What does the role involve?

In this role, as Key Project Manager, you will be;

  • Responsible for maximizing topline on an international project,
  • Responsible to create a project team and drive them towards common targets: Steers project team members located in multiple countries, ensures x-border cooperation across multiple countries,
  • Able to craft a direction for the Hilti project team with his/her strategic thinking and planning skills,
  • Responsible for relationship management of internal & external stakeholders on project at all levels.

Day to day, you’ll report to your Area Sales Manager E&I, who will also be there to help you manage your career.


Who should apply?

We have an excellent mix of people and some of our best account managers joined us with little or no construction experience. Success at Hilti is down to teamwork and ability, no matter what your background.


What you need is:

  • Engineer with commercial/sales experience of at least 5 years and has technical competence to understand nuclear industry standards,
  • Multilingual: Fluency in English and Turkish is a must,
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment,
  • Experience in presenting project status and risks to senior management,
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organizational structure,
  • Self-motivated and hands on profile with strong learning agility,
  • Able to work under pressure, is independent and goal-oriented,
  • Good communicator and has strong interpersonal skills,
  • Strong networking skills,
  • Mobility / flexibility in terms of travelling,
  • Living in or around Adana or willing to relocate.
