QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for an ''IT Specialist'' for our organisation and the ideal candidate should have below qalifications ;
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, information systems or related fields
· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Network and System administration position
· Technical knowledge and experience for implementing new network and system architectures and optimizing the current structures
· Deep knowledge and hands-on experience for configuring and troubleshooting switches, routers, firewalls
· Experience on Network Performance and Security Monitoring tools
· Knowledge and implementation of the Information Security Standards
· Deep knowledge and hands-on experience on SAP MM/FI-CO/SD Modules
· Experience in the newly constructed facilities, datacenters, offices, buildings is a big asset
· Experience in the Migration to Office365/Windows 10 and Azure enviroment
· Deep Knowledge on Fortinet products (Fortigate Firewall/Analyzer and Access Points)
· Careful, delicate and suspicious approach for the network and system security
· Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and solid problem-solving skills with proactive approach
· Good command of English both written and spoken
Job Description
· Analyzing the current and required structure of the network architecture and designing as required
· Managing and maintaining the network, as well as network performance monitoring
· Supporting global and local IT Projects, Being a strong member/leader for the related projects
· Managing Active Directory/Hyper-V/DNS/DHCP systems
· Managing local CRM tool of company
· Managing Symantec BackupExec tool
· Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN boxes etc. in order to deliver required high quality and security services
· Developing a backup/disaster recovery plan for a network emergency
· Providing high quality level support for network related issues and projects
· Solving problems of smart phones belong to employees of the company
· Monitoring the devices which are under his/her responsibility
· Work with the vendors and service providers when required
· Performing preventative maintenances
· Develop policies, procedures and standards
· Analysing and monitoring company security in order to rules with GDPR and KVKK
