GENEL NİTELİKLER

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a Senior Budget & Reporting Specialist for our market client that has been accumulating its experience and expertise in the real estate sector through endless investments in various projects.
Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Finance etc.),
  • At least 4 years of experience inbudget management, financial reporting, planning, controlling area,
  • Experience in international audit companies is an asset,
  • IFRS reporting and consolidation reporting experience and good knowledge of accounting is required,
  • Excellent MS Office skills especially in Excel,
  • Experienced in financial statement and financial data analysis,
  • Result-oriented and multitasking personality with solid numerical skills,
  • Analytical thinker with ability to perform data analysis with attention to detail,
  • Strong time and stress management,
  • Ability to build strong communication skills and a good team player,
  • Ability to adapt the busy schedule,
  • Ability to deal with top management and coordinating between teams,
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills,
  • Good command of English both written and verbal.

Job Description

  • Preparing monthly financial statement, activity reports, closing IFRS reports and data entries,
  • Analyzing and reporting of budget-actual comparison, reach a mutual understanding with related departments,
  • Control accounting records, comparing with budget and forecast,
  • Preparing, monitoring, controlling and improving annual budget plans in line with the objectives of the company,
  • Preparation of periodic budget revisions, analyze variances and presentation to top management,
  • Ensuring correct, timely and complete preparation of all reports and presentations (periodical and ad-hoc) including top management reports,
  • Ensuring effective collaboration with all relevant departments for the collection of accurate and timely information,
  • Providing meaningful and valid comments on financial results,
  • Managing independent audit and internal audit processes and ensuring coordination.
