Job Description Summary

Asis Elektronik Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. established in 2007 and continues operation with various new technology R&D projects, products and software.
As ASISGUARD, we are looking for a team member who will be responsible from preparation of proposals/bids and contracts inside the Business Development and Marketing team.
The position allows experiences such as;
-Proposal development of high-tech and innovative defence&security products,
-Working with local/international B2G and B2B client network who are from top level organizations of Defence and Aerospace sector,
-Learning mechanism of various local/international tenders, contracts and business methodologies
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Development of product/solution proposals via the inputs from Business Development and Marketing Teams; by using price matrixes for high-tech defence systems
- Meetings with customer together with Business Development and Marketing Team to ensure required aspects of proposals and contracts
- Compiling and submitting required tender documentation for local/international tenders
- Coordination of local&international contracts
- Periodic update of price lists together with Technical and Business Development Teams
- Development of new pricing strategies via market analyses
- Development of any project/business opportunity specific processes and ways of working for contract
- Participation to support Business Development and Marketing Activities such as presentations, exhibitions and meetings with stakeholders in case of any requirement
- Carefully monitoring and recording of proposals and contracts
- Management of contracts under pressure while remaining mindful of business/project goals
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions in case of complex problems in the proposals and contracts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in proposal and contract, preparation and management,
- Experience in the Defence and Aerospace sector will be plus,
- Demonstrated experiences about proposal and contract initiation, negotiation and stakeholder management experience,
- Demonstrated experience of risk management ability
- Management capability for various projects and business opportunities
- Strong Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with which to facilitate proposal analysis, price and proposal tracking, project tracking and project status and issues,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Turkish, additional other language is a plus
- Able to travel within Turkey and abroad
