The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,
  • Minimum 10 years job experience in retail and minimum 5 years experience in management,
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English,
  • Strong written, visual and verbal communication,
  • Well versed in all Microsoft office programs (especially skilled in Excel is a requirement),
  • No military service obligation for male candidates.

Marketing Skill

  • To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives,
  • Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities,
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products,
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects,
  • Perform analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information,
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results,
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget,
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget,
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics,
  • Create marketing presentations
  • Manage retail-focused in-store solutions that support brand and category direction,
  • Strengthen brands presentation across Retail and bring product stories to life from the shelf out
  • All installation scheduling for windows, wall skins, table build outs and anything custom
  • Develop and drive strategies to promote and support key products at own retail stores and work closely with retail and retail training to ensure successful implementation
