Job Responsibilities :

  • Driving the Razer retail business in Turkey and meeting revenues and margin targets for the relevant customers and categories.
  • Develop deep professional relationships with the key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage custom asset development in collaboration with the European Marketing team
  • Developing Channel Strategy for Turkey
  • To acquire a great knowledge of the Gaming market, Market Share Tracking, Reporting and Analysis.
  • Be accountable for the performance of appointed channel or accounts, achieving assigned targets for strategic objectives, maximizing the ROI.
  • Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives
  • Coordinate country campaigns with your selected accounts and execute with excellence.
  • Monitor and manage the execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results.
  • Set up an efficient forecast process to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Define, manage and control budget per Partner/Account.
  • Control the relevant ROI (return on investment) and success parameters.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equiv. in Science/Engineering or Business/Finance
  • 5 -10 years of experience directing sales, business development and category management in computer hardware or gaming Industry.
  • Computer Hardware or Console Gaming Industry Experience a must
  • Proven track record of successfully executing HW product launches
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills with both internal and externals parties.
  • An established record of meeting or exceeding goals, establishing deep and valuable channel relationships and representing the brand positively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with loads of examples of great decisions and process of management impacts.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding teamwork, organizational interpersonal problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate, ambitious, self-starter, charismatic.
