We're looking for an Analyst for our Corporate Finance – M&A Advisory team
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, economics, finance, accounting or engineering from a top-tier institution,
- An MBA, a relevant Master’s degree or a CFA charter is a plus,
- 1 to 2 years of finance experience is preferred, M&A experience is a plus,
- Strong analytical and quantitative as well as writing and communication skills,
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast moving, high-pressure and constantly changing work environment,
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint,
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Job Description
- Serve as a critical team member in the execution of all phases of the M&A transactions including preparation of marketing materials, building up financial models, performing valuation assessments, coordinating due-diligence processes and all other relevant execution related tasks,
- Support in the origination efforts including preparation of company profiles and pitch books,
- Perform in-depth company and industry research supporting specific client engagements and marketing opportunities,
- Support in the maintenance and the initiation of relations with local and international strategic and financial investors.
This role provides a combination of office and remote working arrangements.
