We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of work experience in sales, marketing, key account management and customer relationship management
- Time management, problem-solving and interpersonal relationship skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- Experience with CRM software, MS Office with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
- Fluency in English spoken and written
- No military obligations for male candidates
Job Description
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with major key clients in Aeronautics / Aviation / Defense Industries
- Growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, bringing in new clients
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs, meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines and accuracy
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
