QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVE
- Fulfilling the requirements of ISO 22000 , ISO 27001(BGSY),HACCP,ISO9001, ISO 14001&OHSAS 18001 systems
Being responsible for all Bandırma, İzmir, Elazığ Laboratories of the Quality Assurance Unit
Checking movements, including Animal Information System (HBS), Drug Tracking System (ITS), Vaccine Tracking System (ATS).
Ensuring that the indications of Occupational Health and Safety topics are fulfilled completely
Having the results of the swaps received within the scope of the USKP published
Transferring the obtained results to the affiliated units in a timely and accurate manner
Ensuring 100% compliance between and within laboratories with internal verifications
Ensuring the participation of laboratories working on salmonella, listeria and serology in an international validation test once a year
Ensuring that the analyzes are carried out correctly and in accordance with the procedures
Setting a standard among the laboratories in Izmir, Elazig and Bandırma that share the same tasks
Following and developing technological advances. Including them in Capex
Exchanging information with the BRF Brazil team on laboratory-related issues
With the aim of protecting food safety, controlling and following the results of the analyzes made in the laboratories
Preparing budgets, checking budgets, to organizing the personnel related to the budget in the laboratories
Diagnosis and Analysis Lab, Food Lab, Feed Lab in Elazığ region
Diagnosis and Analysis Lab, Food Lab, Feed Lab in İzmir region
Food Lab, Further Processing Lab, Feed Lab, Diagnosis and Analysis Lab in Bandırma region
Working on improvements in the Laboratories at all times, and taking measures against any problems that may arise, and reporting them to the Quality Assurance senior management
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree from Veterinary Medicine
- Advanced in English (written and oral)
- At least 1 year of experience in laboratory techniques and diagnostic treatment & 3 years of experience in live operations
- Knowledgeable on Veterinary Diagnosis and Treatment methods
- Good knowledge about MS Office programs
- Able to follow innovations in the area
