Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Laboratory Quality Engineer at Department of PS/QMM6-BuP1.
The role is based at our Bosch Bursa Powertrain Solutions Plant.
Your contribution to something big:
- Carrying out calibrations of Inspection, Measurement and Test equipments (incl. gauges)
- Maintain calibration database and monitoring software
- Creating calibration procedures
- Carrying out dimensional measurements of injector sub-parts
- Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines or new products.
- Providing technical advice about laboratory management to internal departments.
- Cooperation with the central departments such as R&D, Competence Centers and Research Centers.
- Leading or participating Problem Solving activities in production
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Engineering background preferably in Electric/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years+ working experince
- Working knowledge on electrical test equipment such as Oscilloscopes and PowerSupplies
- Experience on metrology and technical drawings
- Fully conversant with ISO16949 ( ISO17025 is a plus)
- Experienced in problem solving methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Assertiveness & ability to negotiate & convince on management level
- Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish (German is an asset)
