QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Laboratory Technician" who is going to join our passionate team based in Izmir / Bergama.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect the incoming materials according to LM Wind Power Firewall protocols and label to ensure the integrity and quality of the materials prior to utilizing them in production.
- Perform receiving inspection by measuring, examining, testing or otherwise comparing the unit of product with the requirements according to standard process.
- Label incoming material according to Control Instruction (CI) in order to give warehouse and production a visual status of raw materials acceptance relative to quality requirements throughout storage and the entire production process
- Issue Quality Change Requests for Non-conformity of raw materials when incoming materials fail the test.
- Inform the production, contact the suppliers and solve the problems in cooperation with colleagues and suppliers.
- Implement verification for material abnormality from the production line with new material qualification and trial run
- Calibration of daily tools and equipment according to internal calibration guidelines
- Support the quality engineer, quality supervisor and quality manager as required.
- Participate in the continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications:
- Vocational High School degree
- Min. 3 years of knowledge/experience in Laboratory Technician
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving aptitude
- Familiar with ISO 140001 and ISO 9901
- Clear understanding of CI & PS and acceptance criteria
- Major in chemical and composite material is preferable
- Analytical, structured, disciplined and innovative
- No military obligation for male candidates
