2. The Job Title: Lafiella Turkey Brand Manager


Direct report to Lafiella Turkey management


3. Job Purpose:


In coordination with Lafiella Turkey marketing and commercial teams, responsible from the management of full Lafiella Turkey portfolio across all channels, and to proactively deliver brand building activity for principals, develop relevant categories and drive volumes and deliver key brand KPI targets and group targets. Lead and own all brand development, brand management, marketing activities and analysis and reporting for Lafiella Turkey Brands in Turkey Domestic Market. Role is dedicated to Lafiella Turkey portfolio,


4. Key Position Accountabilities


• To develop, produce and execute annual strategy and marketing plans.


• To supply monthly financial/ brand reports to principals and to senior management so that they have up to date information on sales performance and progress against marketing plans by agreed deadlines.


• Responsible for ensuring the implementation and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activity


• Responsible for managing the brand/brand group budget.


• Responsible for briefing, development and internal communication of Brand Growth Levers. To communicate promotional mechanics and objectives to the sales force sufficiently in advance so that effective sell in can be executed.


• To work with the field sales force to ensure that both they and customers fully understand promotional mechanics and logistics. Trade marketing activities across all sales channels – National Key Accounts, National Off-Trade and National On-Trade while anticipate potential bottlenecks / dark market conditions.


• Do all analysis and reporting works for internal use as well as Lafiella Turkey use including Nielsen, activities, post-activities, monthly updates, KPIs tracking, competition and other.


• To liaise with agencies and other third parties to ensure that promotional and point of purchase materials are produced on time and within budgeted cost.


• To keep the A&P controller, finance, fully informed on spend vs budget and so that variances to plans can highlighted to management.


5. Selection Criteria


• Min 3 years of brand management experience in FMCG Food, Beverage,Spirits; trade marketing


• Good working knowledge of On-trade business / HORECA channel understanding


• Effective sales, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills \ marketing plan development and execution. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management as well as to sales teams & customers.

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking


· Advanced communication and interpersonal skills


· Commercially savvy – understanding the implications of actions on the business

· Proficient in English (a second language is +1 )
