QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensures sustanibility of transport operation in timely manner without damages and following up the land transport operation of acquired customers under custody
- Supports pricing activities to the sales team with Senior Operation Representative guidance in order to gain new customers.
- Plans vehicle schedule and/or supplies the vehicle according to needs
- Follows up the transportations of acquired customers under custody and provides sustainability of the operation in expected time and without damages
- Manages the transactions towards operations with foreign DB Schenker offices within the scope of DB Schenker Arkas trade compliance process
- Responds to all questions in optimal way which comes from acquired customers in timely manner and finds alternative solutions for existing problems
- Follows up invoicing process regards to actualized services, payments with foreign DB Schenker offices and manages the operation
Qualifications :
- Relevant Bachelor Degree Economics, ,Business Adm.Logit,cs etc.)
- Good command of English language
- Experience in preferably related business and logistics
- Office programs user experience
- Command of transportation and customs legislation
- Based in İzmir
