GENEL NİTELİKLER

• Bachelor degree in law from a reputable university (LLM is an asset)
• 5-7 years of experience in a reputable law firm and/or as in-house lawyer
• Very good command of written and spoken English; French is plus
• Good knowledge of relevant areas of law including corporate, contracts, employment and litigation,
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong team player and commitment to hard work, learning and quality
• Strong follow-up, organisational and analytical skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing all aspects of the contracts;
• Leading the dispute management and regulatory investigations in coordination with external law firms;
• Responsible for analyzing and identifying legal risks and implications in day-to-day operations of the subsidiaries located in Turkey and abroad and providing advice on corporate, regulatory, compliance, data privacy employment and other business related issues;
• Carrying out corporate procedures related to the Company’s general/daily operation including preparation of the General Assembly documentation, resolutions of the Board of Directors and registrations thereof
• Working with various business functions including human resources, finance and operation and reporting to the senior management.
