QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Lawyer (Project Finance)’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.
What are we looking for in Lawyers?
- Law degree from a reputable law school with a strong academic record,
- Experience on Project Finance is required,
- Experience on commercial law, contracts, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiations are an asset,
- Minimum 4-7 years experience,
- Detail oriented, team player,
- Analytical thinking skills,
- Previous law firm experience is an asset,
- Fluency in English,
- Strong communication skills,
- Strong planning and organization skills.
Job Description:
Specifically, you will be:
- Experience in Banking and Finance and Project Finance transactions.
- Providing guidance and advice on drafting, negotiation and closing of LMA contracts, security documents, finance documents and other related documentation.
- Providing the necessary coordination with other departments and outsourced lawyers/law firms in context of the above.
