QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Lead Integration Analyst, who is a detail-oriented, customer obsessed and also an excellent communicator. You also need to keep up with the pace and the energy of our dynamic team and agile environment!
Job Description:
- Performing all required analysis activities for end to end integration of Euromessage and Visilabs on web and mobile platforms,
- Collection of detailed customer requirements,
- Analysis of workflow and its interaction with internal systems,
- Providing high quality, actionable and understandable analysis documentation, creating test scenarios and running the tests with the customer,
- Being in close contact with the related project manager and other parties during the analysis process,
- Analyzing integration related technical problems of customers (analyze Recommendation, Targeting, Analytics and Segmentation service, data flows etc.) and provide coordination between customer and technical teams for fast and permanent solutions.
- Provide consultancy about technical problems, leading technical meetings with customer and internal parties,
- Informing customer after integration process and preparing documents and sharing the technical model of implementation.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from programming, computer engineering or related fields,
- Fluent in English especially verbal skills, native speaker in Turkish,
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Basic working knowledge of Javascript, SQL, TCP/IP protocols, HTML, .NET, Web service, web analytics and recommendation domain is big plus
- Being customer-oriented, solution-oriented and analytic thinker, fast learner, proactive,
- Good at following up with tasks, detail-oriented,
- Turkish citizen or eligible to work in Turkey.
