Mission:
- Ensure product/process development or industrialization according to department rules and specifications adapted to his scope, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and Renault Design System, and suggest optimizations
- Ensure the robustness of the product / process design
- Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, logisticians, quality analysts, etc. in carrying out their activities
- Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables
Digital Simulation specificities :
- Manage part of Digital simulation activities which are necessary to ensure project development within QCD and TEI constraints
- Capitalise Digital know-how in product/process development
- Coordinate group of P/P Designers through results analysis, roadblocks identification, and proposal for solutions to drive technical definition convergence to ensure Customer Performance convergence
Deliverables:
- Suggesting technical solutions to his customer
- Validation of the specification of parts by team leader delegation
- Signing of plans by team leader delegation
- Synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM)
- Quality update ANPQP data base for milestones and JPOC follow up for POI
- Quality Documentation
- Quality and Planning of RO
- Documentation of NDL/ DAISI/ Check-List, GRP, NRL / RFNM, EQM. Assessor
- Initiate technical Documentation into Opep
- Components representativity matrice for “Prototypes and Pre-series”
- Manage Lup resolution
For Digital simulation, exchange of results data between P/P Designers and Digital Designers
Specificities
- Certification of ANPQP technical results until PSW product Engineering Leaders
- Synthesis files on Industrial Performance Convergence for the Process Engineering Leaders
- Systems Documents Applied to the Project
- DIAM: Provision of architectural constructions
- EICps Management File (EICps : potential safety feared event)
- Calculation reports, Testing results linked to calculation recommendation at milestones
- Module or complete Digital simulation modeling
