QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related discipline,
- Requires 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Product industrilisation and Maintenance Process experience is an asset
- Lean Production knowledge(Kaizen, 5S, VSM etc.) and OEE is required
- Experience in Microsoft Office and ERP programs
- Knowledge of Autocad and Solidworks is a plus,
- Fluent in both spoken and written English,
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all contacts,
- Must have analytical skills that identify root cause determination and drive problem solving,
- Ability to work effectively as a team member,
- Detail orientated, comfortable with multi task responsibilities,
- Living in Asian side of İstanbul.

- Cycle Times
- Product Cost Calculation
- SOP
- Implementing/Collecting OEE data and defining/leading improvement actions
- Reporting weekly and monthly KPI‘s
- Support layout changes for efficient resource utilization
- Lead to improvement projects, and the development of strategic plans
- Observe & define all wastes in manufacturing and develop solutions to eliminate waste
- Implement standard work in production lines
- Develop proper operating system in production area for material and information flow
- Make MTM(Methods-Time Measurement) studies
