• Graduated from Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing Processes,
• Kaizen, 5S etc. have experience and knowledge in matters,
• Good level of Professional / Technical English knowledge,
• Have a very good verbal-written communication, reporting and presentation skills,
• Preferably having industry experience,
• Have problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Will be able to adapt to dynamic working environments and flexible working hours,
• Prone to teamwork,
• Communication skills are strong,
• Good command of MS Office applications and ERP system,
• Can understand the production logic of the company, can see the whole
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Resident or able to reside close to the workplace location to which he / she is affiliated.
Job Description
• To fully implement and implement all documentation and activities that fall under the responsibility of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45001),
Organizing lean manufacturing techniques applications in production / office areas,
• Follow-up of productivity-enhancing activities in manufacturing and line applications,
• Being responsible for the implementation of lean production activities within the factory processes,
• Provides mapping the factory value stream, understanding customer value, eliminating waste and delays along the value stream, creating high quality processes and managing support activities,
• Keeping the machine and general layout plans up to date in accordance with Lean Production activities,
• In accordance with the lean production methodology, Kaizen Studies, 5S, Gemba, Visual Management etc. dominating the activities and ensuring that they are carried out,
• Participating in continuous improvement activities, carrying out necessary studies to ensure continuity,
• Revealing non-value-added activities and processes through time study studies,
• Developing a new method of work and calculating the standard time of the developed method in order to create and update the study and method data, to benefit from the workforce, machinery, materials and equipment at the highest efficiency level and to determine the most suitable working style for human structure,
• Fulfilling the actions resulting from the Risk Assessment activities,
• Analyzing and reporting process data,
• Effective implementation and reporting of efficiency and productivity techniques,
• Identifying idle equipment within the scope of efficiency studies and conducting the process with other departments,
• Making capacity analysis, determining and reporting the highest possible capacities on the basis of departments,
• Monitoring performance indicators and implementing appropriate actions.
