We are looking for lean manufacturing engineer leader who provides the production more effeectiveness and productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduating of BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineer or the equivalent and/or master degree in enginering and MBA.
- Minumum 2 years experience as Lean Engineer in automotive.
- Strong analytical thinking, must result-oriented skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (preferably speak in German)
- to be self manages; to be proactive, to take initiative and able to collaborate all functions,
- Excellent communication skills, able to work within a team and related with the departments
- Project management skills and (demonstrable) experience and expertise is desired,
- To be knowledge & experience on Lean principles, such as Kaizen , 5S, Continuous Improvement, Standardized work, TPM, 5Why, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, etc..
- Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establish, Implement, continuous improvement and training people about Lean tools.
- To responsible Practical Traning Area.
- Coordination and leading lean manufacturing activities, such as suggestion system, 5S, Kaizen, NVAA, VSM, Yokoten. (preferably 6 Sigma).
- To manage work-shops and develop improvement projects.
- To Implement the visual management in shop-floor.
- To prepare regular reports.
- To analyze the production processes, to identify the points causing productivity or productivity losses and conducting projects in line with the improvement potentials,
