GENEL NİTELİKLER
Qualifications;
- Bacholer’s degree in Industrial Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean Transformation,
- Participated in the generalization of Lean Culture in the work environment,
- Excellent level of written and spoken English,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tool (Advanced Excel & Power Point)
- High communication and strong analytical skills,
- Able to teamwork,
- No military service obligation (for male candidates)
Job Description ;
Kaizen Workshop
- Participate in the planning and implementation of UMUR Lean Transformation Project with the support of Japanese consultants,
- In workshops lead by Japanese consultants; guiding teams, performing and following kaizens.
Increase of Productivity
- Elimination of non-value-added operations (using tools such as VSM, SMED, Kaizen, etc.) and designing and optimizing process and material workflows by applying workplace organization methodologies (5S, etc.) so that processes achieve the targeted efficiency,
- Drawing current status, future status and ideal status VSMs of production processes and determining actions,
- Shooting operator videos for balancing between stations, analyzing videos, preparing yamazumi’s, determining mudas and kaizens; balancing,
- Yokoten of Centerlining and TPM studies,
- Making root cause analysis studies using problem solving methods for major stops and problems in production processes,
- Analyzing Mizusumaşi(Unpanman)-Kanban Methodology,
- Determining Takt Time and analysis of Andon,
- Analysis of Capacity and Gain,
- Monthly review of kaizen and determination of Kaizen Champion.
Standardiation & 5S & CIL
- Generalization of Umur standards to all production processes,
- Preparation, organization and performance of 5S Audits,
- Organization and performance of CIL
- Taking a role in the realization of all activities related to lean transformation, following and controlling,
- Reporting the KPIs of the Operations Directorate, ensuring that the necessary actions are taken for the deviations between the target / actualized,
