/ Collaborating with the HR Business Partner on training needs, trainer selection, and opportunities to expand talent development within the organization for both white collar and especially blue collar
/ Creating and designing interactive learning and development materials to offer a blended approach to learning, including e-Learning
/ Acting as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training, and measure performance to meet organizational objectives
/ Developing and updating standardized tools on existing and emerging platforms, practices, and technologies and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generating standard and custom reports and sharing them with HR and team leaders
/ Managing, delivering, updating, and maintaining training contents
Your Profile
/ Bachelor's degree
/ Min. 5 years of experience in Training & Development area (program design, need analysis, implementation of training & development programs, alternative digital platforms, etc.)
/ Fluency in English
/ Good knowledge of MS Office applications and interest in related technologies and tools
/ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
/ High motivation for learning and change
