Frimpeks is one of the leading manufacturers of self-adhesive label stocks and chemicals in Europe, Americas and Asia. We are looking for Learning and Development Specialist to join our L&D team who will work in Frimpeks.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in related fields(Human Resources, Psychology, Philosophy or/and Business)
- Preferably min 3 years of experience in Training or L&D,
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English,
- Soft Skill training and development activities, & competency development,
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Used e learning platforms (E-nocta, Infinity etc)
- Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
- Having strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
- Having analytical thinking and reporting skills
- Being an excellent good team player
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analysis of training needs, designing and developing training and development programs, measurement of training effectiveness,
- Identify current and future training and developmental needs,
- Design and expand training curriculums / programs in accordance with Frimpeks Turkey Strategies & L&D Strategies,
- Developing training development contents & materials,
- Finding a correct method of delivering from alternative channels; classroom and e-learning,
- Matching corresponding competencies with business KPI’s and designing a measurement & follow-up strategies,
- Competency assessment development and understanding,
- Developing of Assessment Strategy to assess individuals competencies and analysis the individual strongest & developing areas,
- Designing individual Learning Path for Roles,
- Structuring future role expectation,
- Being active role in career journey design.
