QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Monitoring, consulting and designing the development needs for associates and leaders in order to organize relevant development activities in the plant
- Contributing learning vision of the plant by creative and new approaches in the responsibility area (leadership and soft skill trainings)
- Coordination of strategic competency management process in line with plant and business unit strategies
- Moderation of workshops in the plant serving to increase and improve leadership performance, collaboration and team work
- Supporting diversity activities to increase the inclusion of associates in the scope of global strategies.
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering, business administration or social science
- Advanced English (fluent speaker)
- Strong communication skills
- Very good analytical skills and conceptual thinking with creativity and team spirit
- The ability to work independently, taking initiative, being proactive & flexible in a change-oriented environment with a sense of responsibility and quality
