We are seeking for high potential candidates to be evaluated in our Human Resources Department with the following qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or other related disciplines,
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Strong relationship management with stakeholders with a close follow-up on deadlines,
  • Strong organizational skills to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines,
  • Highly motivated for learning, creating new and better,
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Designing the required training content in accordance with training needs analysis& competency-based & global
  • Maintaining the relationships with the training companies
  • Establishing a training schedule and calendar, in coordination with the relevant departments
  • Improving the existing training programmes according to the recent training evaluation results
  • Following up and updating training data and preparing training result reports
  • Entering all training records to relevant systems
  • Following invoices of internal training
  • Supporting of other management teams to ensure successful implementation of training program
  • Developing training activities
  • Organizing technical & compulsory (eg. occupational health and safety trainings) trainings
  • Monitoring the training programs and taking actions when necessary
  • Designing, managing and following the annual education plan and budget
  • Developing the assessment tools for measuring the results of training and development programs
  • Contacting with global parties such as Deloitte University EMEA, Deloitte EMEA Schools for sending participants to the trainings
  • Take active role in Deloitte Turkey's well-being process
  • Understand how his/her daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business,
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador,
  • Understand expectations and demonstrate a personal accountability for keeping performance on track
  • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills.
