Your Responsibilities
/ Supporting the Learning & Development team
/ Taking active part in all training process
/ Following up with the HR Business Partner on training needs, trainer selection within the organization for both white collar and especially blue collar
/ Becoming a part of HR Team – you will have a chance to learn about HR processes & especially Learning& Development cycle within the organization
Your Profile
/ Enrolling in a master program; on going studentship is a must
/ Ability to come at least 4 days in a week
/ Good verbal and written English communication skills
/ Aim to have a career in HR Department speacially on the Academy side
/ High communication skills and flexible minded, creative and good team player
