We are looking for “Retail Leasing Manager” who will be part of JLL Turkey Retail Consultancy business and who will have the opportunity to put his/her experience for our prestigious and still growing local and international real estate agency projects.

What this job involves

• Manage and actively involved in leasing activities of shop portfolio,
• Negotiation of large format of users’ leases, amendments and relationships; these include department stores, big boxes etc.
• Manage and monitor leasing activities which include locating tenants, tenancy administration and lease term negotiations,
• With strong financial based background, evaluate and properly comment on all deals submitted,
• Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure they fulfill their lease obligations,
• Heavily involved in the acquisitions and analysis of new business opportunities,
• Following up developments in real estate market and the real estate transactions in Shopping Centers projects and Streets,
• With strong financial based background, evaluate and properly comment on all deals submitted,

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, plus RICS or CSM or related real estate degree is an asset,
• 5+ years of leasing experience in expansion and/or real estate development in Shopping Center Leasing and/or tenant rep experience,
• Excellent knowledge of English,
• Proven track record of leasing big sized of shopping malls,
• Extensive knowledge of retail trends and great network,
• Proven leasing expertise including lease negotiations, documentation and administration activities,
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acts with customer in mind, establishes and maintain effective relationships with customers and gains their trust & respect,
• Ambitious to exceed goals, bottom line oriented, pushes self and others for results,
• Excellent ability to bring to closure difficult negotiations and multi-center deals,
• Excellent in time management and interpersonal skills which include both written and oral communication.
