Job Description:
- Position will be reported to the Head of Legal & Compliance
- Legal Advice for all departments within the scope of business
- Contract review and preparation process management
- Global Legal and Compliance systems management
- Corporate Documents Preparation (Articles of Association, Power of Attorney, Board of Directors Decisions etc.)
- Support legal tasks, legal cases, litigation process with consultant firm.
- Labor Contracts, Labor Union, Collective Labor Agreement Process Management
- Personal Data Protection Law Process Management
- Responding to legal disputes and investigations
- Review/Improve Compliance Program Management System (CPMS),
- Monitoring Compliance Business Plan (Compliance Trainings, Guidelines, Sensing Plan etc.)
- Periodically compliance report preparation to HQ
- Qualification:
- A graduate of the Faculty of Law,
- Registered in a bar in Turkey,
- Master of laws is an asset
- 1-3 Years Experience in a Law Firm or Corporate Company
- Company Law, Corporate Governance, Contract Law, Labor Law Knowledge
- Compliance experience is an asset
- Willing to make a career in a Global manufacturing company,
- Disciplined, Systematically working style
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English
- Willing to work in Çerkezköy area.
