QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in law is must
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a reputable law firm serving to multinationals or a multinational company
- Experience within manufacturing company would be desirable
- Fluency in English is must
- Global projects, international consultancy and contract management experience is an asset
- Experience on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong understanding of legal issues and making risk analysis
- Dealt with people from different disciplines and cultures
- Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast but planned
- Strong communication skills, cross functional team worker
Job Profile
- Drafting agreements including Sales Agreements, NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Software/IP Licensing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Lease Agreements
- Responsible for all legal matters, including personal data protection, contracts, intellectual property, real estate, labor and commercial law
- Negotiating agreements with vendors, customers and other third parties
- Representing legal department both externally with 3rd parties and internally with other functions
- Support the Legal Director in developing, communicating and executing legal, compliance, regulatory and risk management strategies
- Following-up the cases with law firms, preparing litigation reports
- Collaborating and cooperating with global legal team on global projects
- Tracking regulatory changes
- Providing daily legal consultancy to the related business functions
- Proactively identifying risks and finding relevant solutions
