QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Legal Follow up Specialist is in charge of all daily activities of pre-legal and legal follow up transactions and fulfilling all necessary actions to be taken in time via the legal follow up system.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process SMS, sending notice in time.
Control overdue account received from Toll Collection team files (the “Files”) before pre-legal and legal follow up assignments in order to be sure that all files are matching with the threshold decided by the management and requirements for legal enforcement.
Assign the Files for appropriate pre-legal proceedings and/or to a relevant external contracted legal offices (the “Legal Offices”) via the System and in accordance with the Company’s internal procedure established for this purpose.
Coordination with Toll Collection team for evidence, necessary documentation and for system defects and required modifications in the System, when necessary
Assist the Legal Offices with necessary evidence and documentation, if needed.
Control the advance payments requests of the Legal Offices in order to be sure that such is a match with the amounts calculated by the System.
Control the payments received from execution proceedings in order to be sure that relevant transactions are closed properly in the System.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Degree in Vocational School of Justice,
At least 2 years’ experience in pre-legal, legal follow up collection department,
Capability on official correspondences,
Strong organization and coordination skills, ability to work tight deadlines,
Excellent attention to detail,
Competent in Microsoft Office packages. Advanced excel level is an asset,
An upper-Intermediate level of English is required in both written and spoken,
Good level of reporting skills,
Familiarity to Legal Follow up Software programmes (i.e. Uyap, Lega) is an asset
Residency in Çanakkale is required
