We are seeking for "License Compliance Investigator" with the following qualifications to take part in a Global project carried out by Manpower Group in Turkey.

What will your role will be?

• Contribute to the License Compliance (LC) Program for Turkey
• Ensure the protection of DS assets and revenue whilst at the same time protect the relationship with the customer by finding a mutual agreement to resolve the matter
• Cases investigation & RAID preparation
• Coordination with Law firm, VARs & customers
• Cases management accuracy and status updates
• Customer negotiation & settlement in close collaboration with sales

Your Key Success Factors

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree, currently enrolled or just graduated
• Knowledge of Software Licensing/Contracts (is a good plus!)
• Interest in new technologies
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving approach
• Effective communication and presentation skills (both in Turkish and English) is mandatory
• Strong in negotiation, objection handling and ability to manage conflict
• Proactive & positive attitude
