Qualifications


Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in electro-technical segment with a focus on project sales and a good knowledge of the electrical distribution.

Good knowledge of Autocad, Dialux and 3D Max

Good knowledge of specifiers and market players (construction companies, electrical contractors, project design offices, architectural offices, electrical products, wholesalers of the market etc.)

Experienced in customer acquisition and new portfolio creation

Strong communicator with the ability to listen to as well as challenge your counterpart

Preferably relations with governmental sector and municipalities

Excellent English communication skills

Resilient self-starter with a can-do attitude

Having sales persuasion and communication skills

Having an advanced design culture, following current trends

Strong representation, able to reflect the brand image

Well-versed in presentation techniques, advanced level of reporting knowledge

Successful in human relations, high communication and persuasion skills

Advanced research, problem solving, analysis and decision making skills,

Presentable, dynamic and attentive to its appearance, principled and responsible

High level of planning, organization and follow-up skills,


Job Description


Sales activity on projects, specifiers management, prescription on engineers, architecs, constructions

Searching for local and global customers by advertising, sponsorship, barter opportunities in all regions

Ensuring that potential corporate customers are researched, contacted, sales presentations are prepared and agreements are made in order to expand the customer portfolio

Designing and implementing activities to increase sales performance in line with suggestions from business development unit

Development of sales strategies for the lightining portfolio

Monitoring and analyzing competition and industry trends

Develop Sales Pipeline and ensure efficient usage of sales tools (CRM) and deliver high quality forecast

Ensuring the information, demands and expectations from customers and the market regarding the product and service are transferred to the relevant unit

Distribution network management, sell-out activities, tenders management

Make light project design on Dialux
