QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters or Bursa & Manisa Plants.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Logistic Smart Start
Your contribution to something big:
- Assistance in EDI connection process
- Supporting role in procurement processes in order to correct missing/wrong ASN data in the system
- Supporting role in organizing incoming goods by consolidation from abroad warehouses
- Work for truck utilization project of Logisitics
- TT-Team line project (Production line automatization project)
- Support external logistics & WH projects and process improvements activities
- Work studies and time verification
- Maintenance of products master data for logistics
- Documentation of process changes in related areas
- Delivery note system controls
- Serial number tracking documentation
- Support office work, organization of document tracking, archiving and signatures
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration degrees
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Especially Excel is a must)
- 5 full days attendance is required
- Structured, high motivated, open and eager to learn
- Effective problem solving and time management skills
- Proactive team-member with strong interpersonal & Communcaition skills
- Completion of project management lessons is preferred
- Excellent command in English
