We are looking for a "Logistics Coordinator" for our customer operating in "Energy & Fuel" industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related field,
- SAP knowledge is a must,
- Min 3 years’ experience in similar positions,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines,
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities,
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- Excellent in using of Microsoft Excel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Control daily & monthly domestic delivery and domestics reports,
- Support the other colleagues managing the weekly logistics operations and delivering logistics initiatives and projects,
- To work proactively with warehouse team to improve, review and implement standard processes and procedures,
- Monitoring and reporting of warehousing and transportation and dealing with 3PL operations,
- Dealing with SAP transactions for inbound and outbound activities,
- Analyse all logistics processes and come up with ideas for improvement to minimize costs,
- Dealing with customer complaints and sorting out the issues for both warehouse and transport incidents.
