QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines
• Willing to be developed in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
• Excellent command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya
  

3. JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful candidate will be employed in Production Control Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme . Main responsibility area will be Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

· Logistics Network management and timeline tracking

· Volume Efficiency and Cost analysis

· Abnormality management, contingency plan creation and execution.

· Budget Planning and KPI reporting

· Yearly Kaizen Action Plan creation, coordination with related parties and implementation

· Tools and Methods development to improve daily jobs and visualization.
