QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Logistics Executions Specialist " for our leading client operating in food & beverage sector.
Responsibilities
o Managing all SKU’s flow inside the factory from warehouse to production and warehouse to customers
o Administration of people, equipments and vehicles in warehouse
o Obeying all inbound Logistics activities and projects
o Controlling shipment plan and arranging truck deliveries to customer warehouses.
o Making stock countings time based for periods ( daily , weekly, monthly, quarterly)
o Following all inventories inside factory and outbound warehouse.
o Securing and addressing all materials according to EHS rules
o Following and having cost analysis over budget realization of transportation and other logistics activities like equipment expenses, office requirements and expenses etc..
o Preparing monthly Logistics KPI’s
o Warehouse optimization projects
o Controlling ve publishing stock aging reports
o To prepare Daily and weekly work plan of warehouse
o Managing all material flow inside the factory from warehouse to production
o Administration of people, equipments and vehicles in warehouse
o Obeying all inbund Logistics activities and projects
o Arranging truck deliveries from suppliers if needed
o Making stock countings time based for periods ( daily , weekly, monthly, quarterly) o Following all inventories inside factory and outbound warehouse.
o Securing and addressing all materials according to FSE and EHS
Qualifications
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree ( Business Administration, Engineering or Logistics)
• Work experience of at least 3 years in manufacturing sites.
• Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important,
• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively preferable.
• Leading skills and multitasking is required to site management
• Strong communication skills , team working is an asset.
• ERP knowledge is important
