GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a “Logistics Operations Manager” to be employed at the Logistics department of our company, with the following qualifications.
- University degree from a four-year study program (Preferably in (Industrial) Engineering or similar departments)
- Min. 7+ years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge and experience in order management, shipment planning, logistics, warehousing and distribution
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Extensive ERP knowledge (experience preferably on Nebim V3)
- Competency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Analytical thinking skills, being result-oriented, and ability to take prompt action
- Awareness on competition conditions and high focus on profitability and efficiency
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in team management
- No obstacles to travel
JOB DESCRIPTION

- Establishing and managing logistics costs and operational process,
- Managing and optimizing sales distribution processes together with 3PL partners, preparing 3PL performance reports and KPI measurements,
- Ensuring coordination between distribution centre, foreign trade and sales departments, based on time, speed, productivity and cost KPI measurements’
- Producing and tracking projects in logistics operations; to look for new & improved ways to make the day to day operations of the Logistics more efficient. To set and to monitor department KPI’s to achieve cost and speed targets.
- Preparing and following up on annual logistics budget and managing all operations accordingly
- Ensuring that all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and company internal policies
- Ensuring coordination and effective working process between the department and the other relevant departments
- Establishing cost, quality, compliance, speed etc. reports and coordinating them with the IT department.
