QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Assist in handling the import and export business of factory materials and equipment, including contacting with forwarders and HQ logistic, verifying logistics documents like AWB, B/L, CoO etc.,
- Assist to complete customs declaration operations to ensure the timeliness,
- Regularly organize imported goods information, including the quantity of imported goods, transportation status, etc., and manage them in a unified manner, make daily report,
- Expense control of customs declarations,
- Making operational expense reconciliations,
- Performing invoice checks and entering them into the system,
- Ensuring the control of income and expenses according to the relevant legislation,
- Logistics cost controls,
- Logo data entry and control and archiving.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in fields related to international trade or international logistics etc.,
- At least 2 years experience with related work,
- Advance level of English both written & oral, Chinese is a plus, but not a necessary,
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and good at communication,
- Good knowledge of MS Office and LOGO program,
- Competent in logistics processes,
- Familiar with international logistics and Turkish customs import and export operation process, working experience in logistics company or customs consultancy is preferred,
- Working experience in customs affairs of foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.
