We are currently looking a Logistics Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department. The candidates must have the following qualificaitons:

• Graduated from the Industrial Engineering department of universities,
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience,
• Good knowledge of English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Ability to prioritize and plan,
• Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork,
• Analytical thinking and Business awareness,
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management,
• Ability to work meticulously and regularly,
• Able to work performance oriented,
• For male candidates, we expect them to have completed their military service.

Job description:

• To follow up and analyze the domestic / international purchase orders in the system, to make the necessary corrections, to prepare the purchase orders and forward them to the relevant departments and company
• To monitor and control the urgency and delayed materials periodically
• To make the necessary analyzes and control the stock levels of the materials in order to keep the stock levels at the optimum level,
• Organizing and transferring the forecasts coming from the companies inside and outside the group to the system.
• Preparing shipment orders for purchasing materials to be exported and forwarding them to the warehouse department.
• Working in coordination with the project team in the process of commissioning new product families in production,
• Keeping track of stock status and orders of integration changes (references discontinued or planned to be removed).
