ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
BAT is looking for a Logistics Process Engineer that will be responsible for the delivery of projects for new products.

Reports to: Logistics Manager
Reporting Level: N/A
Geographic Scope: Samsun
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Reviewing and improving warehousing & transportation processes
- Identifying and measuring logistics KPIs
- Providing process support to Turkey, Caucasus, and North Africa (TCNA) Area Supply Chain operations
- Managing Logistics IWS processes and supporting implementations in TCNA Area
- Executing automation and saving projects
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- University graduate from Engineering departments
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good level of MS Office Applications, SAP knowledge will be an asset
- Experience in Supply Chain (warehousing or/and transportation) is a plus
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Strong Leadership, communication, and planning skills
- Ability to coordinate and negotiate with relevant stakeholders
- Team work with the ability to establish positive relations both internally and externally
- Well developed project management and coordination capabilities
