We are an international company and looking for a new team member who will join us as Logistics Specialist.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields,
- Excellent written and conversational skills in English,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export and import logistics related functions,
- SAP knowledge is an asset,
- Self-motivated with strong analysing skills,
- Good communication and team work.
Job Description
- Analysing the customer orders and production schedules for shipments,
- Execution of all shipments and delivery processes,
- Preparing all the necessary documents for customs, transporters and customers,
- Preparing reports and data to share with managers and customers,
- Negotiating with contracted / prospective carriers for an agreement,
- Carrying out the invoicing process.
