QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering,

· Excellent command of written and verbal English,

· Min.3 years experience in logistics or foreign trade fields,

· Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

· Adequate knowledge in foreign trade, port procedures, customs related regulations and laws,

· Excellent analytical and communicational skills, and being detail oriented,

· Willing to work in machinery, spare parts planning, logistics processes,

· Will be able to reside in Hadımköy/İstanbul,

· No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Coordinate of logistics processes with related departments,

· Keeping in touch with China and following the shipping processes, port and ship information, customs documents closely,

· Ensuring that the customs documents arrive on time, giving the conformity of the documents and carrying out the customs procedures,

· Informing the departments about the transportation and customs clearance processes so that the relevant departments can coordinate,

· Creation of new orders,

· Developing processes for continuous improvement and taking responsibility as a team member within the scope of projects,

· Analysis & Reporting of Inventory, Logistics management and external operations data.
