QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Logistics Specialist, you will play an important role in managing end to end tracking for planned orders, truck utilizing and service level mindset. In the context of your job, you will report to Transportation Operations Manager in Supply Chain Department.
In this role you will/be;
- Daily route planning according to the agreed cut-off time
- Planning optimum truck utilization for the best delivery service level
- Executing KPI management of transportation company (on time delivery, OTIF, etc.)
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of transportation operation, analyses of the reports and (pro)active role in possible savings
- Coordination between warehouse and transportation companies to deliver best service level with optimum cost
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have/be;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of Logistics experience / Transportation is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP modules, Office and related optimization programs & tools (WMS)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment
- Ability to lead change and Transformation, stick to the action plan
- Good command of English / No travel restriction
- Strategic mindset to drive effective and sustainable solutions
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Mobile (Works from Lüleburgaz Plant min. 2 days in a week)
