QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Logistics and Supplier Management Engineer" for our Logistics and Supplier Management Department.
Requirements of the position;
- University Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or any other related discipline)
- Having Logistics and/or Supplier Management Related Certification is an asset.
- Turkish Language & English Language (Fluent- Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Experienced on any Production ERP System and Ms. Office Programs.
- Foreign companies working experience is preferred.
- Having a valid driving license and active driver.
- Able to travel in Turkey and abroad.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Main responsibilities of the position;
Find external resources to complete the customs clearance and transportation of imported goods in the most economical way.
Responsible for the receipt and delivery of materials, to ensure the quality and quantity of the products, and deliver them to the recipient on time.
Responsible for the disposal of unqualified products, production waste and expired materials in accordance with the requirements of relevant legal documents and company management measures.
Ledger management of tools and transportation equipment in the warehouse to ensure that the use of tools and equipment meets the requirements.
Responsible for the regular inventory of the quantity and status of the inventory, to ensure that the inventory account is consistent with the physical object.
Responsible for the supplier qualification review, access, removal and other processes and document management.
Responsible for the management of agreements and declarations signed with suppliers.
Responsible for the management of supplier information and certificate files.
Responsible for the management of supplier list, classification and evaluation documents.

Being responsible for other tasks assigned by the leader.
